Loose Lay Floors are heterogenous vinyl tiles that make the optimal choice for industrial and office buildings.
They are easy to install without any glue or other adhesive (mostly by friction due to the materials of the backing) providing the potential of local tile removal if damaged. They also allow easy access to the floor underneath (ie. in spaces with raised floor structures).
This type of floor mimics the effect of real stone and wood and offers complete dimensional stability (they will not expand or shrink depending on moisture levels, so when you install them there is no expansion gap between the tiles and the wall)
