Αυτή η ημέρα, που συμπίπτει με την εαρινή ισημερία, σηματοδοτεί την έναρξη μιας περιόδου όπου η ανάγκη για αποτελεσματική ηλιακή προστασία γίνεται πιο επιτακτική.
